Blueberry Rose Super Facial Serum.
This serum was inspired by my love for blueberry seed oil, I remember reading about it and thinking wow, I NEED THAT!, from the colour to the smell, to all the amazing super power it contains, it is everything.
Blueberry seed oil is pressed from the seeds vaccinia myrtillas, it is also considered a superfood. It is light, greaseless oil, that absorbs quickly into the skin.
It contains high amount of tocopherols, carotenoids and natural antioxidants. This means it is a healing, regenerating and highly nourishing oil. High in omega 3, that is responsible for glowing skin.
It is suitable for all skin types.
I blended it with prickly pear oil, this is another power house. It has a miraculous moisturising and repair properties. It is rich in amino acids and vitamin k, known to effectively and quickly restore skin’s natural elasticity. The amazing watermelon seed oil is also included in this blend.

THE RECIPE
Blueberry seed oil 50% 25grams
Prickly pear oil 30% 15grams
Borage seed oil 10% 5grams
Watermelon seed oil 6% 3grams
Eco-silk 1% 0.5grams
Vitamin E 1% 0.5grams
Vitamin A palmitate 1% 0.5grams
Co-enzyme Q10 1% 0.5grams
Rose geranium 1drop
Jasmine essential oil 1drop
HOW TO
Measure out all the oils in a sanitised beaker.
Mix well and pour in a glass bottle.
Use as a moisturiser, apply to face after a toner or essence when your skin is a little damp. It can also be used after a moisturising cream to seal in all the moisture especially in the colder months.
Use it as a moisturising oil alone or you can add to your face moisturiser.
It can Added to liquid foundation for extra goodness.
