Delicious Grapefruit Body Scrub

This is a really fun, packed full of skin loving natural vitamins & antioxidants, and sweet,I mean insanely sweet body scrub.

What You Will Need

Grapefruit (white, pink or red)

Vitamin E

How To

  • Cut the grapefruit in two, squeeze out the juice into a blender including the flesh but excluding the outer peel.
  • Blend well together and add your sugar, oil, essential oil and honey. If you want to use on your face then you can blend the sugar to make it smoother and more gentle on the face.

  • The consistency of your scrub will depend on the amount of sugar you add.
  • Pour in a bowl and use as you would a normal body scrub.

Your skin will feel fresh and smooth and you will smell so good!. I love this body scrub so much because not only are you getting the benefit of the grape fruit but also the honey. And regular use of this skin loving scrub will make your skin glow for sure.

I make just enough to use anytime I want and if I have any left over I keep in the fridge for not more than 1 to 2 weeks and this is because I don’t add any preservatives although vitamin e is like a preservative or at least will keep the bacteria away for longer, I will still use within 1 to 2 weeks just to be on the safe side.

Benefit Of Grapefruit

It contains a lot of vitamins A, C, and antioxidants. Vitamin C and anti oxidants helps in protecting the skin from all the environmental pollution and from harsh weather conditions. It stimulates the production of collagen that keeps the skin smooth and increases the skin elasticity.

Vitamin A is a retinol and this helps softening the skin and renew dry and damaged skin, it also helps with fading the appearance of pigmentation with regular use.

I hope you try this out and enjoy it as much as I did using and eating it( yes I almost finish eating the scrub before even using it.) if you do or did leave me a comment down below and let me know.

Thank you.
